Sourcing different cuts each week, keep an eye out for whats on each week each cut is available until its gone. heres a couple you might have seen before:

750g T-Bone 28 day aged, grass fed steak sharer from Swaledale served with tomato, onion & balsamic salad & your choice of smoked mash or crispy garlic potatoes, plus 3 sauces of your choice.
